Book one in the Girl at Midnight series. This is an incredibly well written young adult fantasy novel. The writing style is so good it truly sucked me in during the world building and I felt like the characters were my best friends. I am highly invested in this story now and am really looking forward to reading what happens next after the nice surprise twist at the very end. If you enjoy young adult fantasy novels that are set in a completely made up world that is just full of magic then this is the series for you. I really enjoyed reading it so I give it 4/5 stars.
