Book one in the new Bread Shop Mystery series. This is the cutest start to a new series. Ivy returns to her hometown and is trying to put her life together but has no clue what to really do. She decides to sign up for a bread making class at the local bread shop and she loves it. At least until a dead body is found in a car outside during class. The owners of the shop become the prime suspects and Ivy finds herself investigating because she just cannot believe they are responsible. This is a well written mystery novel that has strong main characters that are easy to love and the bread making parts are so well written it made me want to try it though I am usually challenged in this area. If you are a fan of cozies that have a culinary theme to them then you have to try this series. I really enjoyed it so I give it 4/5 stars.
