Book one in the Cookbook Nook Mystery series. What a great start to this new series. We get to meet Jenna as she moves back home and opens a cookbook store with her Aunt. They are gearing up for the grand opening so Jenna invites an old friend who just happens to be famous cookbook author to host a signing to draw in more people. Things are stressed when she arrives thanks to her behavior and it just gets worse when she is found dead with Jenna as one of the prime suspects. Well of course she has to clear her name and it was quite fun to follow her along on her adventures as she tires to discover the truth of what really happened. This author has a smooth writing style that will really suck you into the story until you find yourself unable to put it down until you know who did it. I highly recommend it to fans of culinary cozy mysteries and give it 4/5 stars since I enjoyed it so much.
