Mercy is always so much fun to read about and this installment is no exception. Under family pressure she decides to elope with Adam only to get a surprise wedding instead. It is really sweet with the set-up fitting the characters so well. This kicks off their honeymoon which they are spending at an empty campground owned by fae friends in a brand new fancy camper. After some initial uneasiness about the fae part Mercy embraces it and they proceed to have fun until they run across a man injured in his boat stranded in the river. When Mercy goes to help him she is attacked on her leg by something which leaves a weird wound behind. What follows is quite the mystery for the two of them leading to an explosive showdown in the end which leaves Mercy quite damages. A gripping read that you won't want to put down that gives us some fantastic insight into Mercy herself. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
