Oh boy things definitely take an interesting twist with this second installment of the trilogy. We pick right back up where book one left off. Harrison knows her secret and Emery feels like she has no options open to her now so she returns to Kansas. I must admit to being surprised when he showed up there. Things take quite a few surprise twists after that leading to another doozy of a cliff hanger. I cannot wait to see how things work out for these two with book three. A great read for fans of the genre. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
