This is the second addition to the Players & Sinners Club Collection where each book has a different author. This is my first book by this author but I must say I did enjoy the read. We follow Stryker a famous soccer player. He used to date Sophia until they broke up and she started dating someone else connected to the team so he still had to see her all the time. I must say that this was not a supported choice for me. It felt a little shady and back-stabby though I guess that is the point. This is the status quo for these two until a fan accuses him of something awful and he realizes that he has no one in his corner not even Sophia as she doubts what he says. This creates all sorts of issues they have to deal with though it does slowly bring them back together. Makes for a great addition to this series and I am looking forward to the rest. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
