Book two in the Carson Stables Mystery series. Great new installment to this horse cozy mystery series. Things really heat up for Annie this time as she finds a dead body hanging from the rafters in her hay barn after she has already been finding the bodies of dead livestock. Then some things get a little weird in her personal life which lands Annie knee deep in three separate mysteries that eat up her time as well as her thinking power. The lovely horses having a starring role yet again and I do believe both dogs are her versions of sidekicks since one is always there being way too cute. This is a well written animal cozy mystery that will keep the reader guessing until the very end. It will be a hit with fans of the genre. I really enjoyed it so I give it 4/5 stars.
