Book one in the brand new Chess Chronicles and what an great start it is too. Meet Franchesca the Princess who is destined to be the Queen of the Dark and Light Fae after her arranged marriage. The problem is that the groom is being an uber douche which makes her flee to Earth. She gets to have an entire life there until the day that her Knight shows up taking her back home. Once home she is still in danger and has to deal with all kinds of drama going on both personal and royal. There is plenty of suspense, mystery, fantasy, and romance to keep the reader hooked until the hit the cliff hanger at the end. Now I really need to get my hands on book two.
