I have to admit that I now want my very own dragon after reading this wonderful new book. Nadiyah is one of the very few female dragon riders. This is an honor and a privilege that she had to fight for. She is restless with being cut off from the outside world due to events of the past. We an army arrives seeking refuge it will change her life forever and when the prophecies start coming I swear it just gets better. Great world building along with characters you can love. Lots of twists to keep you hooked leading to an end that makes you want book two right now. Another great novel by Ash as well as an interesting new world. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
