Book two in the Secret Rescuers series. For this book we meet Ava as she travels with her family from performance to performance as part of their traveling show. They just happen to be close to Sophy as Ava sees a baby unicorn become separated from his flock with the evil knight in pursuit. As the two girls meet Ava happens to make a stone react so she can communicate with the animals as well as Sophy. After saving the entire unicorn herd in the story they vow to work together in an effort to save magical animals everywhere. I am enjoying these cute little books and I look forward to the next installment. It gets 4/5 stars.
