REVIEW
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

This is the finale we have been waiting for. Lydia is ready for the end of the tournament. She has trained hard and with her eclectic group of friends she is determined to win. With colorful graphics along with lots of action we get a story that will keep you hooked until the very end. A great choice for reluctant readers or those that love graphic novels. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Blog Tour, Review, & Giveaway for Squirrel Do Bad by Stephan Pastis

I am thrilled to be hosting a spot on the SQUIRREL DO BAD by Stephan Pastis Blog Tour hosted by Rockstar Book Tours. Check out my post and make sure to enter the giveaway!

About the Books:

Title: SQUIRREL DO BAD (Trubble Town #1)

Author: Stephan Pastis

Pub. Date: August 31, 2021

Publisher: Aladdin

Formats: Hardcover, Paperback, eBook

Pages: 288

Find it: GoodreadsAmazonKindle, B&N, iBooks, Kobo, TBD, Bookshop.org

From the author of the “Pearls Before Swine” comic strip and New York Times bestselling Timmy Failure series comes a laugh-out-loud, heartwarming, full-color graphic novel series about a quirky town—just right for young readers starting to read longer books!

Wendy the Wanderer has lived in Trubble Town her whole life but never had the chance to go exploring. For this reason, she thinks she was definitely misnamed. Her dad likes to know where she is to make sure she’s safe, so she’s never been anywhere on her own. Then, her dad leaves on a trip and the babysitter doesn’t reinforce all the usual rules. Or any of the usual rules! Suddenly, Wendy is free to do what she wants, and what she wants is to live up to her name…and find Trubble.

Turns out, there’s lots going on in Trubble Town. As she encounters endearingly goofy animals and hilariously hapless townsfolk, Wendy’s very first adventure takes more twists and turns than she could have ever expected. She learns some really valuable life lessons and even teaches a few of her own.

REVIEW
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

I am not usually a fan of graphic novels but this one was too cute to pass over. Made for young readers we follow Wendy the wanderer as she embarks on an adventure when her dad goes on a business trip. She quickly learns that actions have consequences and maybe dad isn't as overprotective as she thinks. Makes for a captivating tale full of quirky characters, funny moments, and plenty of surprises. Sure to delight readers. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
