𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐍𝐓

I might have enjoyed the rock star lifestyle too much.

Working for Full Moon, I’m surrounded by every vice a man can imagine—and I’ve indulged in all of them.

But now, I’m facing the consequences of my actions in a big way. Because not only am I being stalked by someone who might be dangerous, I’ve also been assigned a full-time handler.

She’s my polar opposite—serious, disciplined, driven. I hate everything about her.

Or so I thought…

𝐎𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐀

Working for my father’s security company is a dream come true.

Following Vincent around is not.

But my job is to protect him—from outside threats and from himself. Failure is not an option.

So, I’ll need to stay focused. The fact that he’s the hottest jerk I’ve ever seen is irrelevant.

I will not lose my heart to this man.

Too bad I wasn’t as careful with my virginity…or my birth control…

REVIEW

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

When I saw we were getting this book I was excited to be able to dive back into the world of the kids of the Full Moon band. I grew attached during book one and have been eager for another foray. Stone did not disappoint as we follow Vincent this time as he has some issues thanks to big brother Maxim connecting with Emma. He feels a little lost making him act erratic making it necessary for him to have his own undercover security. Enter Olivia who has a great chance of hiding if she can keep her cool long enough. Throwing these two together definitely lights some sparks as they have a love/hate relationship but things really take a turn when danger is involved. Add is a surprise twist as well and you will be rooting for these two all the way until the end. I cannot wait to see who we get next. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Blurb:

All I want to do is look after my dad, so when I land the job of a lifetime that will take care of our expenses, I grab at the chance with both hands. Little do I know, the impossible will be expected of me. Slowly my smile fades, and my laughter dies until all that’s left is the broken puppet my personal hell created. Liam Byrne, the head of the Irish mafia, returns from a business trip, and I expect my hellish nightmare to increase ten-fold. Brutal, merciless, and dangerous, Liam is feared by all – even the monster intent on killing my soul. Turns out I was wrong. The instant Liam notices what’s happening, he takes me under his wing, and even though he’s all sharp edges and threatening growls, I feel safe with him. Little by little, my sunshine creeps through the cracks, and my laughter returns. But can one monster really defeat another, or am I just a girl dreaming about the impossible?
