This is a new to me author but I was more then ready to give her a shot after reading the blurb. We meet Trinity a recently orphaned teen that pretty much has no one so she contacted her father's close friend and their old priest. He takes her in by throwing her into a creepy all boys school where things are less then ideal to say the least. Enter Gage, Apollo, Cassius, and Reuben to really make things worse as they try to make her run away. They underestimate her though as she manages to make it through it all. Definitely pushes the dark side quite a few times but it only adds to the story giving it layers. Well developed with smooth writing that sucks you into the situation leading to one doozy of a cliff hanger ending. I look forward to seeing what happens in book one. A great read that I really enjoyed to I give it 4/5 stars.
