What an intriguing start to a new series!! We meet the brides that have been promised to the Fae as part of the peace bargain worked out. Daisy was introduced in a previous series and I must say she was not my favorite to say the least. This gives her the chance to really shine as the spotlight focuses on her as the leader of this group of witches. She has a long way to go before she is likable but she does manage to redeem herself as she finds her way during this story. Fantastic world building sprinkled with a whole slew of characters you can both love and hate. I can't wait to see what book two brings. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
