Release Blitz & Review for Stealing Cinderella by A. Zavarelli

Title: Stealing Cinderella
Series: Sinister Fairy Tales Collection
Author: A. Zavarelli
Genre: Dark Fairy Tale Retelling
Release Date: April 2, 2020
Every royal has their dirty little secret. His was… me.

It should have been simple.
Go to the ball, meet the prince, and secure his patronage for my favorite charity.
But beneath the mask, the brooding beast of a man was not at all who I expected.
He was dark and intense and eerily quiet.
When I left, I could still feel the ghost of his touch branded into my skin.
He haunted my dreams, but I never expected to see him again.
Then he came for me.
And he took me.
And I learned that his darkness was a void I never could have conceived.
He’s the crown prince of Norway.
And, now, I’m his captive.

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

A fascinating dark take on Cinderella showing her as you have never seen her before.  Following the story she is still a step daughter to one evil woman with two horrid daughters of her own. Taking place in more modern times they make her their maid and her only escape is an animal sanctuary that needs financial assistance. With that in mind she lets a friend talk her into going to the ball in an effort to pitch her speech to the prince herself. Only problem is that it is a masked ball and she ends up in the wrong line though it may be the perfect one when it is all said and done. The Prince of Norway kidnaps her making her a deal for a two month time period. What follows does contain possible triggers and bdsm elements so be warned. I thought it added to the story quite well. A captivating yet steamy take on Cinderella that you will be unable to put down. I totally love it so I give it 5/5 stars.
