Book five in the County Cork series. This book was definitely different. It starts with a giant snowstorm which apparently Ireland has no way to deal with like we do (I live in Indiana so it reminds me of the lack of stuff the Southern states have since they get no snow). Maura, her staff, Old Billy, and several idiots that were were out get stuck at the pub overnight as the power goes out while the roads are undrivable. While there a woman accused of murder twenty years shows up, and they decide to give her a type of trial to see if they can find out what happened. The story evolves nicely, but it seemed a little weird to have no new dead body. I still enjoyed the characters though and I give it 4/5 stars.
