Greenwood has created one fascinating world with this new book. Supernaturals exist but have to become public though they are somewhat organized within their own areas. We meet Cassie a witch who works undercover in an a lab running tests and interference to keep supernaturals a secret. Her world changes when her boss brings her a blood sample that is weird in an off the charts way. Just as she is looking into it three men barrel into her life wanting her to work with them since their cases are essentially connected. This opens the way to a slow burn RH romance with a magical flair that will keep you captivated as the story unfolds. I cannot wait to see where the next book takes us. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
