*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.

This is quite the enjoyable fantasy/adventure fiction for younger readers. With small chapters to keep the reader going the mystery provides just the right mix of clues to move the story forward. Harley is a likable character kids can relate to giving them the chance to picture themselves in the same scenario. Creates a fabulous read that is sure to be a hit. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Leah Cupps is an author, designer and entrepreneur. She came up with the idea for Harley James with her oldest daughter Savannah. Savannah had taken an interest in Mayan history and so the two of them worked together to come up with the idea for the first Harley James book; the Mystery of the Mayan Kings.

Leah lives in Indiana with her husband and three children. She is also the cofound of Vision Forty Press, a small family owned publishing company.
