We finally get Broc and Sonya's story and what a story it is too as they each try to not want the other one. Him through guilt and what he thinks is his curse. Her for some totally different reasons that cause her to run right into danger. Thankfully he finds her in time and after healing they find themselves forced to work together. No matter how they fight it life has other plans for them but man is it fun to follow along. There are also quite a few surprises pertaining to Deidre leading to an ending that I never saw coming in a million years though it sets things up beautifully for the a start of the next series. Perfect for fans of paranormal romance. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
