OMG I am so in love with this book!! We get to meet Helena a house flipper and witch who loves to work on houses that have been owned by others with magic. The house in this book was owned by a wizard who likes things without modern conveniences though that does not take away from the charm of it. There is quite the cast of characters to keep us entertained as the story twists and turns with unexpected surprises. This all combines into one fascinating read that I could not put down. I cannot wait for book two. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.
