I must admit that this is a first for me. The entire book is from Cade's POV which is definitely not a bad thing, but most romances either bounce back and forth or it is all from the FPOV. This made for a nice change of pace. Cade is very successful by this point in his life but he still carries some baggage from the past. Enter Jolie the love of his life who he was supposed to run away with but she never showed. Now years later he is looking forward to putting her in her place but then he reason for contacting him comes out making him question everything. As the two end up working together he tries his best to stay away but the heart wants what it wants making for an uphill battle. Makes for a fantastic romance as it all plays out. I am looking forward to book two. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
